Terms and Conditions
1. Product Nature
All products are custom-manufactured as per client specifications. Minor variations in color, texture, size, and finish may occur due to material and production processes and shall not be considered defects.
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate the order.
- The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before dispatch.
- Production will begin only after receiving the advance.
- Dispatch will not be processed until full payment is received.
- All payments made are non-refundable, as products are custom manufactured.
- Any delay in balance payment may result in dispatch delays, for which we will not be held responsible.
4. Design & Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, specifications, and details before production. Once approved, no changes or claims regarding design, layout, or specifications will be accepted.
5. No Return / No Cancellation
As all products are made-to-order, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
6. Manufacturing Defects
In case of genuine manufacturing defects:
- Claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
- Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective pieces only, subject to verification.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
7. Packaging & Dispatch
All goods are packed using standard protective packaging suitable for transit. Dispatch proof may be shared upon request.
8. Transit & Shipping Liability
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier:
- The risk is transferred to the client.
- We are not liable for any damage caused during transit, including but not limited to:
- Water or moisture exposure
- Oil or chemical exposure
- Mishandling by courier
- Environmental or climatic conditions
Clients are strongly advised to opt for insured shipping if required.
9. Claims & Proof Requirement
Any claim regarding damage or shortage must include:
- Proper unboxing video
- Clear images of packaging and product condition
Claims without sufficient proof will not be entertained.
10. Delay & Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the value of the goods supplied.
12. Conduct & Communication
We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue communication in case of abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior.
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order with us implies that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
